Series Reverse Osmosis System
【Brief Introduction】
The ARO-L series large, medium size reverse osmosis system
of the Asian Tec Limited can provides high-quality pure water
for various industries including Power, Electronic, Metallurgy,
Automobile, Petrochemical, Pharmaceutical, Food and Beverage,
etc. The system has the features of compact structure,
high-quality and low price. The independent reverse osmosis
system comprises the most advanced reverse osmosis system,
high-efficient, low noisy high pressure pump, precise meters
and components. The whole system is fixed on a independent
support, on which is a control panel. The whole reverse osmosis
system is controlled by the advanced PLC. The system has the
functions: the ON/OFF control of the high-pressure pump, auto
high/low volt protection, auto fast washing.
The water output of the ARO-L series products is from 10m3/h
to 100m3/h。The material of the containers is stainless
steel or glassfiber reinforced plastic. The reverse osmosis
membrane is low-pressure compound membrane, the desalting rate
can reach 99%, operating pressure is 1.3-2.0Mpa, it depends
on the temperature and quality of the water.
【Equipment Performance】
·1;The low-volt ON/OFF can protect the high-pressure pump
from the damage due to the stop of the water supply.
·2;The high-efficient, low noisy high-pressure pump can lower
running noise, decrease energy consumption.
·3;The winding-type compound membrane with high desalting
rate, low operating pressure can increase the quality of the
water, decrease the cost and prolong the running life.
 ·4;
The flow sensors for the output water and dense water are
used to monitor and adjust the output and the recycle rate
of the system.
·5; The form of the electroconductivity are used to check
the quality of the output water.
·6; The pressure meters for the input water and output water
are used continuously to check the pressure difference of
the reverse rosmosis membrane, and indicate when the washing
is wanted.
·7;The auto-stop valve is used to prevent the continuous
input of the water when stopping the machine.
·8;The fast washing valve can wash the surface of the membrane
occasionally to lower the polluted speed.
